yashjay.com collects almost nothing about you: no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. This policy explains the little that does happen, and your rights under Indian law.
01 Who we are
This website is operated by Yashjay Private Limited (CIN U62099GJ2026PTC173425), 1–12 & 14–22, 2nd Floor, Ascon City, Citylight Road, Surat 395007, Gujarat, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the data fiduciary for any personal data described here.

02 What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. The site has no sign-up, no contact form, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Every file is served from our own server.
To deliver a page, our web server necessarily receives your IP address and basic request details (such as the page requested and your browser type). These are used only to send you the page and are not stored in access logs, profiled or shared.
03 What is stored on your device
If you use the pause motion control, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key yj-motion with the value on or off. It is not personal data, it never leaves your device, and you can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
04 When you email us
If you write to admin@yashjay.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply and to keep business records of the conversation, for as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law (for example tax and company records).
Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which may process messages outside India. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires it.
05 Where data is kept and how it is protected
This website is hosted on our own server in India (AWS, Mumbai region). Connections are encrypted with HTTPS and HSTS, and the site sends a strict Content Security Policy and other security headers so that no outside code can run on it.
06 Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw any consent you have given, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Send requests to admin@yashjay.com. We will respond promptly and in any case within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
07 Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
08 Changes
If what this website collects ever changes, we will update this page before the change takes effect and revise the date above.
